Karin collects colour combinations, symbols and shapes through the flow of the phone and in the circulation of the city.

"This is a guided tour we paid for this" is a story told through associative materials, fragmented memories, anecdotes and painting. It is also a story about American tourists on Sicily.

The letter "i", referencing info point-signs, is often the focal point in Karin's paintings. The information itself comes crashing and foaming around it, with the dot of the "i" floating as the sun and the moon above, forever stuck in the sky.
